2. Object and scope of application

These general terms and conditions of contracting and use apply to visitors to the website www.northshoreseatours.pt.

3. Security conditions

North Shore Sea Tours is committed to respecting the personal data of all users of its website and is committed to protecting all personal information that each user decides to place there.

The collection of data for the supply/provision of products/services will comply with the criteria of the legislation applicable to the protection of personal data - General Regulation on Data Protection - in order to ensure the confidentiality and security of the personal data provided.

4. Data processing

North Shore Sea Tours is responsible for the collection and processing of personal data. The personal data provided by users will be subject to automated processing and will appear in the North Shore Sea Tours database(s).

The personal data provided to North Shore Sea Tours will be used exclusively for customer management, including profiling, and for marketing and advertising purposes. Data processing operations have the following legal bases:

· Execution of a contract: sale of products/services; or

· Consent of the data subject: customer file, definition of profiles; or

· Legal obligation: invoicing.

In the event that the data processing is based on the consent of the data subject, the latter may, at any time, withdraw the consent already given, without such withdrawal having an impact on the legality of the treatment carried out until then.The Data Subject may, at any time, request under the terms of the GDPR and other applicable personal data protection legislation, namely:

· right to erasure;
· right to limitation of treatment;

5. Products/Services and Prices

All prices are for sale to the public, in euros and include VAT at the legal rate in force.

6. Order/Service 

The user may place his order/service online, at www.northshoreseatours.pt. Order/service requests can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

7. Delivery of the order/Service

The order/service is delivered on the contracted day when filling out the booking form, after payment, at Porto de Pesca de Porto Formoso, located at M518 37 9625.

The non-delivery of the order/service is dependent on weather conditions or technical problems. In this case, the customer is entitled to a refund of the amount paid or to reschedule the delivery.

8. Payment Methods

North Shore Sea Tours in its online store has several payment options for your order/service:

Credit Card (Visa and MasterCard) - The Customer will have to enter/inform all the requested data. If the information about the transaction given by the payment platform is of non-acceptance of payment, the order will be canceled and the Customer will be informed of this fact.

Multibanco - You have 24 hours after making the Reservation to proceed with the payment at an ATM (Multibanco) or home banking, using the data provided in the confirmation of your order (entity/reference/value) and sent to the email of registration. This data is also recorded in the customer account under “orders”. If after the 2nd day the respective payment is not made, the order will be cancelled.

Bank transfer - You have 24 hours after placing the order to proceed with payment at an ATM (Multibanco) or home banking. If after the 2nd day the respective payment is not made, the order will be cancelled.

9. Termination of the contract
The customer can withdraw from the order/service via email or telephone within 14 days, being refunded in full.
If the customer withdraws up to 2 days before the date of delivery of the order/service, only 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.

11. Final Provisions
The day before the delivery of the order/service, customers will be contacted via email and/or telephone with detailed instructions. Time, meeting point, necessary material, etc.
